How to Order and Pick Up

Fist Step: Join the Ardfield Farm yahoo group.  Use the following link or send us an e-mail and we will send you an invitation to the group.

  • Click on the Database tab (on the left) and then click on the Pick up Location of your choice.
  • Click the Add Record tab (top right) and complete the form, adding your Family Name, the Items/Quantities you would like to order, and Pick Up Date information.  (see EXAMPLE in the database for guidelines)
  • Under Pick Up Dates list the day you would like to pick up your order.  You may type Standing Order if you would like the same items each week or On Hold if you will be unable to pick up on a given week.
  • Be sure to check the Files for the Available Produce file each time you place your order to be sure of what we currently have to offer.
  • Please be sure to put your standing order ON HOLD if you will be unable to pick up your order for a given week.
  • If you miss the Order deadline you may call in your order (use sparingly) up to the morning before pick up.  A $3.00 charge will be applied to your bill for late orders.
  • Come to your selected Pick Up Location on the date you selected within the times listed below and enjoy your produce and prepared foods!
  • Unless you make other arrangements in advance, you will be asked to pay for your order even if you don’t pick it up and the vegetables/prepared foods you ordered will be forfeited.

Orders Must Be added to the Database by the following Deadlines:

  • Weaverville Tailgate Market Pick Up:  Tuesdays by 10 AM
  • Madison County Farmers and Artisans Market Pick Up:  Fridays by 10 AM
  • Marshall Farmer’s Market Pick UpFridays by 10 AM

Pick Up Locations:

  • Wednesday’s from 2:30- 6:30 PM at the Weaverville Tailgate Market, 60 Lakeshore Drive- behind the Community Center overlooking Lake Louise
  • Saturday’s from 9 AM- 1 PM at the Madison County Farmers and Artisans Market, Corner of Hwy 213 and Park Street- Across from the tennis courts on the Mars Hill college campus
  • Sunday’s from 12 noon- 4PM at the Marshall Farmer’s Market, on Blannerhassett Island just across the bridge from downtown Marshall.
